用c# 写的aspx文件，在更新 xml 文件时老是出现：
Server Error in '/' Application.
Access to the path "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet\ch14\MyCalendar.xml" is denied.

是不是权限问题！！！ 可我是以administrator的权限登录计算机的！！！

怎么办？？？
