我单位的机器用的是Targ3000的卡，最后用premiere合成的AVI文件，用TMPGEnc-0.11.19.89压缩成MPEG文件（直接读取Video-CD(PAL).mcf），用Easy CD Creator中的VCD刻录功能调入该文件时提示：The file "f:\mpeg\loveend.mpg",will not work in a VCD player. To makethis file video CD compliant, you will need to use an Mpeg encoder that supports Video CD encoding.
其中在System Clock Reference中1186处打了一红叉号 不知是何道理？望指教。
