各位高人，小弟做了个网站，在首页中用了两个JS效果，是文字上下滚动，当鼠标移到上面时，文字停止滚动，但不知道什么原因，总是错误，鼠标移到上面时，文字停不下来，请各位高人帮帮忙，谢谢
