如上
效果为正常情况下超级连接无下划线白色，鼠标旋挺是淡绿色且有下划线。

你的样式表语法有错误
不要把a:link {color: #FFFFFF; text-decoration: none; }
a:visited {color: #FFFFFF; text-decoration: none}
a:hover {color:#CCFF66; text-decoration: underline}
a:active {color:FFFFFF; text-decoration: none}
包含在一个类（这里是.xhx）里面，移出来试试看结果
