hello, if i want make a normal website with some pic, flash, and text. including a upgradable custom database( at least 10000 registed people with personal information such as eachnet's).
if i also want a domain with .com and want finding a web host to put my server. anybody can tell me the design fee and the apply fee and the maintenence fee.
