Job Title: SMSG Readiness Media Specialist (Vendor Employee)
Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities include: development of audio/video material; scheduling and tracking of a/v production workflow through project life cycles; aesthetic direction of a/v projects; continued development and documentation of processes, methods and best practices; working with internal clients to define project goals, scope and deliverables; scheduling of all work items; coordination of production schedule and asset creation across team as needed; quality assurance and testing of all deliverables; travel as needed.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in and a comprehensive grasp of audio and video production, and be comfortable in various roles - camera operating, lighting, and audio and video recording and editing. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required using non-linear editing software, such as AVID, Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro. Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Windows Media Encoder 9 and HTML, and experience with Microsoft Producer for Powerpoint 2003 and audio recording hardware and software are a plus.
