CCE is Cinemacraft Encoder. www.cinemacraft.com

CCE is good. Encoding is very fast and the quality is very high. But it's US$4000 and can't encode directly from Premiere 6. (Plugin only works with Premiere 5.) LSX is also fast, sometimes even faster than CCE. But is a lot cheaper. It's better, performance-vs-cost-wise.
