我用自带的输出MPG很慢。。。
但用小日本就快多了。。。
机器配置：AMD Athlon XP 1800+,512DDR。。。
不知伙计们在什么配置下用。。。

小日本的压缩编码品质比PR要好.建议用小日本.我的机器配置:PIII 733, 196M,进行MPEG编码的速度也还不错
