Do you look for references when you draw, or do you grab those ideas merely from your head?
It's good to try out various tools. I like pencils mostly(because they're cheeeeep~)

Daisy: Thanks jojo: Hey, Im glad I could help. And yes, i understood you Thanks for dropping by! LAL: Haha, thanks LAL, you're always so full of energy! 慧慧: Heyyyyy, its you again! I use reference sometimes, depends on what Im drawing, or if im actually studying. The latest bunch have all been from my head. You can tell by the horrendus anatomy problems, haha. But I wanted to take a "ref break"/"study break" if you know what i mean. Yeah, im bad with pencils, its so harrrd! But they are cheap. I use my brush pen, bamboo pen's, col-erase, 6b, and mechanical pencil with hb lead, usually. I just switch between those tools most of the time. Oh, and ball point pens too, those are fun. Thanks for dropping by again. I really need to go comment on your sketchbook! A sample i did for a movie thing. 2 versions, the original, and then the one with some color, since the writer asked for it. 图片如下：  图片如下：
